. Bio
Adam Zappa is a learning architect facilitator, and restorative practitioner who specializes in building high-engagement learning ecosystems. Over 15+ years, he has designed multi-grade curricula, school-wide systems, restorative culture frameworks, and game-based SEL programs, shaping the learning experience for students, teachers, and full organizations.
Adam blends instructional design with human-centered design, behavior psychology, and creative media – including tabletop role-playing games and digital game design – to make learning joyful, relational, and deeply effective. His work has transformed school cultures, supported neurodiverse learners, trained entire faculties, and built systems still used today.
He is driven by the singular belief that when you design for connection and emotional truth, learning becomes powerful enough to change lives.
